History:

The school was founded by our Trustees, John Ordovas and Darren Brown, in 2008. It first opened with 70 students in a small campus, offering quality British education to expatriate children. In 2010 the School moved to a state-of-the-art, purpose-built campus, and developed rapidly over the following years. Currently, BSKL is one of the largest international schools in Kuala Lumpur, with 1000+ children and a strong reputation for exceptional academic standards. In 2017, management and ownership of the school transferred to Nord Anglia Education.

Inspection Reports:

The 2017 ISI inspection report, recognised the school for its exceptional academic standards and quality of education, putting it on par with top UK independent schools.

Campus Details:

A purpose-built 27,000 m2 building with a capacity of 1800+ students. The campus boasts exceptional facilities, including a covered football pitch, an eight-lane swimming pool, two indoor gyms, a 600 seat theatre, ample playground areas, excellent science, music and art classrooms, and ample parking for parents.
